Tiffany leads the Community Land Trust in her position as the Executive Director for Community Land Trust. She is responsible for operations and execution on the strategic direction and growth plans of the organization. As an accomplished real estate professional, she brings substantial experience and leadership to Community Land Trust to build upon its mission to create, preserve and steward permanently affordable homes in diverse and mixed-income communities.
Grant Mosby is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and provides leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for all accounting and finance activities at CLT. He brings over 10 years of experience in accounting, assurance, financing, and corporate reporting for real estate and non-profit organizations.
Director of Development
Julian leads the development team in his position as the Director of Development for Community Land Trust. He is responsible to oversee all CLT’s development projects to execute strategic initiatives in accordance with approved visions, budgets, scope, and schedules.
Lilly is responsible for assisting in project feasibility analyses, identifying and responding to funding opportunities, building and maintaining community partner relations, as well as moving projects through municipal approvals, construction, and marketing phases. She comes to CLT with a background in housing, social planning, and community-centred development.
Nathalia is responsible for getting the projects built on schedule and on budget, identifying and responding to funding opportunities, conducting project feasibility analyses, as well as moving projects through municipal approvals, construction, and marketing phases. She comes to CLT with a background in law, project management and social housing development.
Junior Development Manager
Kendall is responsible for assisting the development team throughout all project stages. She brings a background in housing, social policy, and land use planning to the Community Land Trust and is looking forward to the opportunity to work with CLT partners to create and preserve affordable homes.
Community Engagement Manager
Ruby is responsible to enhance and strengthen member/resident support and engagement for Community Land Trust. A recent graduate with a Masters in Indigenous Community Planning, she comes to CLT with a background in community engagement and facilitation, and an intimate knowledge of co-op housing having grown up in co-ops herself.
Senior Project Accountant
Jana provides assistance with financial statements and works on back-end accounting for CLT. She has previous experience working as a project accountant for real estate development and construction firms, and looks to incorporate this knowledge to streamline reports and processes, and support smooth operations. Jana is currently working towards her CPA designation.
Luqman provides back-end support with the financial reporting of the Community Land Trust portfolio. He has Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and brings with him over three years of property and strata accounting. He is currently enrolled in the CPA PEP program and is working towards his CPA designation.
Sergey manages a team of maintenance professionals who provides on-site management and maintenance services for CLT properties and assets. Having over 10 years of experience in property management, he bring a wealth of knowledge to support our members and ensure their living environment is run effectively and efficiently.
