As part of the Vancouver Affordable Housing Agency’s seven-site program, this site was acquired in 2018 with a 99-year lease from the City of Vancouver. Located in Vancouver’s Yaletown neighbourhood, it is close to downtown, SkyTrain, and Roundhouse Community Centre. Residences at this site will be available for moderate-income households, and will be managed as a co-operative. There will also be retail space for rent on the ground floor. The design includes energy efficient Passive House principles.
